To ensure both your pets' safety and the efficiency of our cleaning, we kindly request that you keep your pets put away during the cleaning service.

Supplies and Equipment:

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Special Requests:

If you have specific cleaning requests or areas of focus, please communicate them with us before the appointment.

Payment and Invoicing:

Payment is due after services are complete repeat cleanings.

Payment is due upfront for one-time cleanings.

We provide detailed invoices for your records.

Furniture and Equipment:

For the safety of your furniture and the protection of your floors and other items, we do not move furniture during the cleaning process. This helps prevent potential damage and scratches.

Cleaning:

Please note that we only clean empty fridges, cabinets, and cupboards to ensure effective and efficient cleaning.

 Some ovens won't always become 100% restored due to the damage or buildup from stubborn grease and food residues. Please keep reasonable expectations.

COVID-19 Safety:

Please inform us if anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we'll address your concerns promptly.
